Check the real-time status and delivery progress of your order in a few simple steps.

Find Order

Enter the delivery phone number and at least one tracking identifier.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Delivery Phone Number: Enter the phone number that was specified to receive the bundle or service.
  2. Order ID or Payment Ref: Enter your Order Number (e.g. ORD-...) or your Payment Reference code.
  3. Click "Track Order": Press the track button above to view real-time dispatch progress and delivery status.
