Before purchasing any bundle, ensure your customer has NO outstanding airtime debt (SOS/Credit) with their network provider. If the network deducts the data value to settle an outstanding debt, Bort's Data Hub is NOT responsible and no refund will be provided.
By accessing and using Bort's Data Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides digital distribution services including data bundles, airtime, and registration tools. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Bort's Data Hub operates on a pre-paid wallet system. All deposits made via Mobile Money or Card are processed through secured gateways.
We strive for instant delivery on all data and airtime orders. However, network delays from third-party providers (MTN, Telecel, AT) are beyond our immediate control.
Users are expected to maintain the security of their login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
