Please read our service guidelines carefully before purchasing.

Critical: Airtime Debt Warning

Before purchasing any bundle, ensure your customer has NO outstanding airtime debt (SOS/Credit) with their network provider. If the network deducts the data value to settle an outstanding debt, Bort's Data Hub is NOT responsible and no refund will be provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bort's Data Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides digital distribution services including data bundles, airtime, and registration tools. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Wallet & Payments

Bort's Data Hub operates on a pre-paid wallet system. All deposits made via Mobile Money or Card are processed through secured gateways.

  • Wallet balances are non-refundable once successfully loaded.
  • Airtime & Data Debt: Users authorized for 'Free Mode' accumulate debt for all airtime and data services. This debt is legally binding and must be settled via the "Settle Debt" portal.
  • Inactivity for more than 7 days with an outstanding debt may lead to temporary account suspension.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment references.
  • Any fraudulent activity related to wallet loading will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

3. Service Delivery

We strive for instant delivery on all data and airtime orders. However, network delays from third-party providers (MTN, Telecel, AT) are beyond our immediate control.

  • Orders marked as "Failed" are automatically refunded to your wallet.
  • "Pending" orders will be fulfilled as soon as network logs clear.
  • Airtime Debt Warning: Please ensure the recipient has no outstanding airtime debt (SOS/Credit) with their network provider before purchasing. If a data bundle is not delivered because the network deducted the value to settle a debt, Bort's Data Hub will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
  • Bort's Data Hub is not liable for data sent to incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to maintain the security of their login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.

  • Account Deactivation: Accounts with no work (no transactions or activity) within 7 consecutive days are subject to automatic deactivation.
